Glimpse of beauty. by ~MizzTalie:iconMizzTalie:

It's that front given to convince those of the bloodied
And in the process with great effort coming to it's tiring max
Faintly I see where the just-about failure comes into range
A healing hand and a moment of hidden grace
I hate you with all that you try to seclude
If it's not given, you shall be isolated with the faint chance you had left in mind.

I'll offer just one more
In admiration
Of the glimpse of beauty
I just saw.

So many people in the world are pain-eaters. Not so with poets. And poetry is a difficult thing to respond to, sometimes. There's true expression here. I particularly love this line:

Faintly I see where the just-about failure comes into range

It strikes me. Hard and familiar.

Truth there.
Thanks man.

Poetry cannot be deciphered, because it touches everyone differently. It is always deep and personal no matter how shallow the poem is portrayed.

Instant gratification is overrated.
Patience is no longer a virtue.
It doesn't matter how long we've waited.
It's out with the old and in with the new.

Nicely said dude.
